At the heart of our business is Danny Chhour, a Christchurch-based construction and property professional with more than 15 years of hands-on experience across residential construction, property investment, development, earthquake repair and accessible housing.
Meet Danny Chhour
Danny entered the construction industry in 2008 and purchased his first property in Auckland at just 18 years old. What started as an early interest in property has developed into more than 15 years of hands-on experience and the building of a significant property portfolio.
Since 2011, Danny has also been involved in EQC earthquake repair work, gaining valuable experience working on earthquake-damaged properties, repairs and remediation, and the challenges that come with complex building issues.
Over the years, Danny has personally been involved in buying, building, developing and managing property. This has provided him with genuine, practical knowledge of the construction and property industry — not just theoretical knowledge, but experience gained from being directly involved in projects from start to finish.
We believe there is real value in talking to someone who has been there and done that.
Danny's experience has been built through years of hands-on involvement in construction and property, including residential building, property development, accessible and purpose-built housing, social housing and earthquake repairs.
